The latest thing I am working on is learning how to rip dvds.  I plan on keeping the article dealing with this in a private file though, because I do not want to encourage piracy no matter how common it is.

Currently I can rip the dvds and compress them into much smaller yet very high quality files.  What I am unsure about is how to select the audio and subtitle files.  That will be a project for another time.  

I am only going to spend a few hours at a time learning how to do this.  I think that the potential for this talent is pretty good though.  I could create folders of tv shows and folders of movies that are stored on my hard drive.  That's about all I am interested in doing really .
