site version 3.7.6
finished converting the site to CSS and removed all the tables. There may be a few tables here and there that I missed. I also modified the include files so as to be able to manipulate the layout, cosmetics, design of the site by easily altering one small file.
When making extensive changes more than one file may need to be altered but not likely.
difficulty: easy, but time consuming. Took about 6 or seven hours.
