I just ordered a washer and dryer; they should arrive sometime March 13. I plan to install them myself.
I also just talked with my water company about my bill. Initially they said it was correct, but when I asked them to compare it to my previous bill, they said it was not correct and will be giving me a partial refund on my next bill.
