Opera 32 just came out today, 9/15/15, and I'm excited to try out all of the new features available many of which have not been mentioned.
I love the synced passwords and being able to choose what to synchronize. The user interface for the heart menu is much improved with many more options. The sidebar when viewing bookmarks is adjustable. A collapsible tree view is now used.
