Inside by Warmer, the song from The Cat Lady game, is not available for purchase on Amazon, nor is it available in either of the soundtracks in the extras for download from the game. It does appear to be available from his website or from YouTube Music, Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, and Play Music. ref
I'm not sure why this information is hard to find.
