I'm still learning how to use three monitors and how to best utilize them as well as the quirks involved with using three monitors. It was only just today that I learned how to play Lord of the rings online and Star Wars: Knights of the Republic in full screen mode. I'll try to write a short explanation on how to do that soon (I hope).
Adding the third monitor certainly was an improvement over the two monitor setup I had for a day or two. The edges of the display stretch a little the further to the right and the left that you go, but this is by design for these two games. Three monitors gives these games a rather 3D effect.
