Kinda thinking out loud here. Before starting on the article form for users I should update both the admin page and the user control panel to list stats about the user and to set the permissions for each rank. The admin page should list the number of articles made, the top contributors, the latest articles, the newest members.
All of this does not need to happen right away, but as a precaution some of them should be implemented. I don't think it matters which, just so long as there is some way to monitor what and how much is being submitted. It is important at this point not to get ahead of myself and implement this update with too little in the way of security.
The css of the memo blog still needs to be finished and the admin page of the users should be fleshed as well.
