Summary: Javascript -- add HTML tags to highlighted text

Reformatted the page for readability and added a demo so you can see the script in action.

HTML and CSS -- fluid textarea

Reformatted for readability, corrected the code, and fixed the page (the overall CSS was off creating a dark background that was overriding the default CSS of the page).

misc -- count marvel digital comics

Script was rewritten and vastly simplified to be about one third it's original size.  I had been meaning to rewrite this script for weeks now.
