Summary: PHP -- Time

Added another example.  This one deals with the MySQL TIMESTAMPDIFF() function usage.  Finding simple usage on this function was somewhat hard to find for some reason.  The examples I read on other sites simply were not working.  I am sure the example I posted could be refined further, but at least it works and is fairly simple.
