Summary: Editor 1.23

1. Updated the javascript so that scrolling via the sidebar in Opera works.
   
2. Scrolling via the mouse wheel works better.
   
3. Added onmousemove to make the problems with the mouse wheel in Opera virtually a non–issue.

Scrolling via the mouse wheel still does not work perfectly in Opera.  It's noticeable.

Update: Added items 2 and 3 in the list above.
