Summary: Appling V. Doyle update

Just when I think the news section will be bare for the holidays in comes a big update.  This case deals with the law that was passed that contradicts the Wisconsin state amendment baring same sex marriage and anything similar.  

Appling v. Doyle is a hard case to keep track of because it is not as closely monitored as other more prominent cases currently pending.  Upcoming dates have never been apparent even by the lawyers for the case.  I have kept up a timeline of events for the case as a reference.
