Summary: PHP –– Time

I added a small snippet for displaying results that are less than 10 days old.  In the past I would have used php to generate a timestamp and subtracted that from the current date.  This is much simpler.  The page has also been cleaned up a bit to take care of some spacing issues and capitalized several MySQL functions.
