Summary: PCRE Example

added an example where text urls are turned into hyperlinked urls  It isn't perfect code, but it works.

EDIT: I cleaned up the code a lot and added more functionality to the latest PCRE example.  "http" urls and "www" urls can both be hyperlinked now.
