Summary: PHP file editor program

New script.  I am rather excited about this script  I have been wanting a cross browser compatible website editor program that I myself created.  

I added a session script at the beginning of the code to remind people that this is a dangerous script.  You wouldn't want the general public to be able to delete your website or hack it without even trying now would you?
