Summary: Hot cases to watch part 3

10/08/24: The Colorado Supreme Court just dismissed the current case Autumn Scardina vs. Masterpiece Cakeshop and Jack Phillips against Jack Phillips based on a technicality and not based on the merits.  This is being hailed as a win by Jack's lawyers at ADF.

I see this as a major loss for Jack Phillips in that Autumn Scardina can immediately file to sue Jack Phillips for the very same reason leading to another 10 years of court battles for Jack Phillips; assuming he is even alive by the end of the re-litigation of this case against him.
