Summary: Hot Cases to watch part 3
Added a couple of new developments in
Civil Rights Dept. v. Cathy's Creations case:
- 02/11/25: California Court of Appeal reverses trial court's ruling saying that Cathy Miller did discriminate based on sexual orientation and remands the case to the lower courts for ruling. ref
- 03/20/25: The Becket Fund appeals the Fifth Appellate District's ruling to the California Supreme Court. ref
Now that I have
