Summary: Hot Cases to watch part 3

Added the following to the Civil Rights Dept. v. Cathy's Creations case

Update 8/26/25: After the California Supreme Court declined to hear the case, Becket Fund has appealed to the US Supreme Court.

I'm still awaiting news regarding Sweet Cakes by Melissa as it has been 22 months since oral arguments were heard by Oregon Court of Appeals on 1/30/24.  Other news that has been surprisingly lacking this year has been updates on border wall construction and Texas SB4 (2023) case.
