Summary: PHP -- Multidimensional array script

I updated the multidimensional array script to make it easier to use and a took care of a minor bug here and there.  I also added a bit more explanation as to how it works so that you can understand its capabilities and limitations and also so that you will be able to know what to look for in order to modify it for your own purposes.  

The script could certainly be improved even more and it is server heavy meaning it uses a lot of energy to process by the server, but it does work and is a good start for showing what a multidimensional array could be used for.
