Summary: PCRE -- examples

added two more examples to PCRE -- examples page.  One that matches emails and another that matches websites, but not those that are already anchored (a href, img src, etc.) or those that are preceeded by http://.  I collect these PCRE examples, because ya never know when they might come in handy.

The page has also been reformatted a little in the hyperlink your urls area to make it easier to read and understand.
