More updates.
- Updated the comments portion of the articles to display properly formatted code.
- The templates now have instructions, but this may be updated further so that it is generated every time a template is loaded as opposed to being template specific.
- The templates were fixed. Apparently attempting to submit a review or article and using a template only made changes to the template as opposed to creating a new article that used that template.
