Updated the instructions for the 4 upload image forms I use. It is more readable. I removed several useless instructions and added links for the other upload forms. I also added a "use" that explains what each upload form is used for. For example upload misc is used for uploading sample images, which will not be formatted once it is uploaded.
I am doing this while I await some security advice for the admin theme page.
