I made the first change to the theme page. The admin theme page now uses hex code only. The color list along with the respective names has been left alone, but the selected color will be inserted in the hex format as opposed to the name format. This is for greater cross browser compatibility and for security reasons.
I have several more tweaks to the admin theme page planned.
