Updated a news table to ensure that news items without a tag are given a default tag of 'abortion' instead. This is to make sure that the news item is entered into the database and not retrievabe.
I do hope that this is it as far as bug fixes go. The more you use something the more likely you are to discover bugs or ways a program is deficient.
