I spent a couple hours tonight on the admin theme page. Almost all of it was spent trying to locate the dock content script vertical positioning bug. It looks like I need to remove all of the content that is not a color like the list of themes and the sample code and sample quote and put them in the appropriate locations. Doing so will keep the dock content script from extending off the bottom of the page, which causes a vertical alignment issue.
In this case it is better to remove the content unneeded content rather than altering the alignment issue.
