I finished the new security script for the site. I looked over some of the other files which are most apt to be vulnerable and they seem fine as well. I'll try to be more thorough later, but this is done.
Next up is to contact godaddy and find out why forms keep getting timed out. It is rather frustrating, especially when editing various files or writing a post.
