Fixed a tiny bug with displaying submitted documents in the admin section. I think it looks much better now. I will try to apply it to the rest of the site soon as well. I may try consolidating many files soon as well. I also need to consolidate a couple of tables in the news section.
I am thinking of creating a small script that will create tables, but not yet.
