The new theme feature is coming along nicely. I have fixed several bugs and added some basic security so that people can only edit and see their own themes. Several editing features and buttons have been removed that would allow users to edit or delete other member's themes and even the admin themes.
It is much further along. I still have some more testing to do. The javascript needs to be updated. I am liking how it works and looks more and more. A beta version of it should be available soon.
