Fixed some more issues with the forum. There were two tabs: modules and another created by automod that only produced error messages. Those tabs have been fixed/removed.
There are only minor cosmetic issues to fix now. There is a small degree of spam prevention installed which I hope to improve upon soon. I'm very happy with where things are at with the forums now.
