When I made my site somewhat mobile friendly I tried to get rid of some old bulk scripts that were not doing much, or anything in some cases, but taking up a good deal of the page size. One of those scripts was Walter Zorn's Tooltips. I have figured out a way to reactivate it, so that the script loads only when needed.
