Bleah! My website broke for a bit there! At first, I thought it was possibly due to a hack, but then everything I looked at was fine. It wasn't related to an upgrade to my browser or my server's php version.
It looks like I was using $_SERVER['SCRIPT_URL'] which appears to only be available in unusual circumstances. The better alternative is to use $_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME'].
