I'm currently reading through the Supreme Court's Dobbs ruling that overturned 1973 Roe v. wade ruling. It is long and quite interesting. It reverts the case back to be decided by each state, but also opens the door wide to revisit recent sweeping rulings on contraceptives, same sex marriage, and even homosexual acts (see Lawrence v. Texas).
As I read through this, I am prompted to revisit the Supreme Court's 2015 decision Obergefell that legalized same sex marriage and Ryan T Anderson's book on the decision titled Truth Overruled.
