Just fixed a very longstanding issue with my computer where web pages with videos had to be refreshed 5 times in order to play. Hardware acceleration had to be turned off in the Opera browser. I added a tip in the rather old article Opera Stable: Tips. The page is due for a minor update, but is still useful as is.
