Just a short blurb to say that I just completed a bunch of crispy brisket jerky in the dehydrator and they turned out pretty well although I do see ways that I can make some improvements. If possible, I'll try to write more about it in more detail later tonight.
Being able to dehydrate fruits and now jerky is a really big step in taking my cooking skills to the next level.
