Kind of a big improvement, but I replaced the kitchen sink. No more stuttering water flow, no more leaky sprayer, and most importantly, no more only scalding hot or ice cold water flow; I can now have warm water too.
Kk, next week the gas lines will get worked on, but after that my next high priority improvement will be to get a clothes washer and dryer.
