Ok, I just ordered the Gas Stove.  It should arrive later next week.  I did some research and ordered it based on BTU output, looks, dual fuel capability, cost, efficiency, and how well it can help to reduce my winter energy bills.

I, still, really need to get a door installed for my basement.

The purchase choice was between the following:

• ✔ gas stove
  
• flood zone appraisal
  
• HVAC humidifier installation
  
• washer and dryer

As you can see, I still have a number of bigger purchases to make and I hope to get all of that done this year.

I kinda want to do the HVAC humidifier installation next, but I need to be smart and deliberate about what I purchase and when.
