I need to find better ways to maximize my time off after work. I'll try to start by not playing video games after work. One exception is Lofi Spirit City as it is a game designed to encourage people to things other that be on the computer. I've never played a game quite like it. I could also try to be in bed by 10:00pm. It sounds a bit counter intuitive, but let's see how well it works.
I don't want to say more or plan too much. Let's just see how things play out.
