Added an option for the daily bible quote so that the admin (me) can choose to cycle through the quotes based on ID# or location. If the verses are sorted by location then the first verse in the list to be displayed will be the one located to the front of the Bible (Genesis) and the last verse will be the one to the End of the Bible (Revelations).
