After connecting to the database to see if the program worked I was a bit confused, because all that came out was garbage and I didn't have time to fix it yesterday. Just now I realized that it was because I was formatting the data before connecting to the database when I needed to format the data after connecting to the database.
Well, I tested the program out again and it works great. Next up is to retrieve the data so that it can be easily editable. After that I need to work on the array_splice aspect of the program I talked about earlier.
