I found a link for New Mexico for the News I'm Watching page.  This still leaves Kansas and Nevada as states without links to gay marriage issues.

Heres's the latest list of website projects to ponder:

• increased security for the search feature.  hard done
  
• archives should have the "prev" and "next" buttons replaced with "older" and "newer". done
  
• The memo blog should have the date hyperlink to the archives.  done
  
• increased use of javascript redirects for submitted content.  done
  
• add an archive link for the individual memo entries.  done
