rewrote the web design article on displaying code.
Felt it was time to label this site version 3.0. It should probably be 1.0 but... 1.0 was all in HTML. 2.0 introduced PHP and MySQL. 3.0 is the new version that replaces the HTML with CSS.
As a reminder the first number is an almost complete rewrite of the site. the second number is for new features. The last number is for bug fixes.
