updated the memo blog to use tags as well. The "hidden" feature used with articles does not work with the memo blog. I don't really see the need for it, but I should probably implement it anyway for safety/security.
I need to post this before I forget, but I need to fix a small bug in some of the paginated tags. It works with the memo blog tags.
