added the ability to use templates for articles.  This was an easy update and should make it easier to rapidly create complex and personalized CSS premade designs.  For example, I have a premade Marvel Character Template that I want to use to create profiles for Marvel Characters that I want to keep tabs on.  Hitting the submit button on the template will create a new file while leaving the template unaltered.  The templates themselves can still be altered in the same way as editing any other file.

On a side note I slightly redesigned the Admin page to use a 3 column style.  This is certainly not part of the site version update version mentioned above.  It's just a personal preference thing.
