site version 5.23.20

• Bugfix.  Updated the PCRE to ignore – if it is found within CODE Tags.
  
• Bugfix.  Updated the edit forms so that – and – appear as originally submitted when editing pages.

These changes were applied to the memo blog, "Newest Files", and article psges.  It was not applied to the News or Daily Quote pages, because there is no point.  At least not yet, but I suspect never.

P.S. Percolating in the back of my mind is the notion of adding comments to article pages.
