fixed the PCRE dash script. Before it would convert all dashes to
– if any CODE tags were used in the article and "undo" was selected.
This would not potentially corrupt the article, but would make it operate as if the default conversion were selected. This was merely annoying and could be confusing when editing articles.
I added some PCRE options for the dash script that is used for the memo blog.
Although this fixes the PCRE issue I think that that the CODE tag might need an upgrade to how it runs. When/if updated it will operate the same, but the code for it will be a bit different. Either way, I hope that this is the last of the PCRE fixes before any other PCRE advancements are made.
