Just thought of a potential pcre fix that I should look into. illegal urls might be created via user submitted articles.
UPDATE: since I had to wait for WoW to update for the cataclysm patch I figured I would work on it. It was a simple fix. I applied this to the user submitted articles only since bb coding is used instead of html code for markup.
