updated phpbb to the latest version.

My current project with the website is going over old and current articles to bring them up to date and make sure they are accurate.  A good number of links are being updated as well as many sites have moved.  I don't think broken links will be too much of a problem though since I try to recheck articles periodically.  There are still a few articles which I just do not visit all that often.  With Marvel having completely redesigned their site from the floorboards up I have many Marvel links that have yet to be updated.  I will say that I am glad the news archives on their site has been fixed.  It had been down for about 6 months.

Update: on retrospect I probably won't try to update all of the pages right now; only on an "as needed" basis, which I suspect can change from a day to day basis.
