fixed the Wordpress bug. All I know is that it works. We'll leave it at that until something breaks again at which point I may end up creating my own "Loop". I suspect that it will break again at some point, I just don't know in what way.
Update: I knew something didn't look quite right. The images have been reversed to the way they should be now.
