updated the pcre include files to contain more content. No biggie, but it will make the includes a little more useful.
Gonna take a stab at the title tag script now.
Update: I added a script to give the title tag a dynamic title. For now I think it is best just to limit it to the main page and the articles. Most likely I will add more later.
