Note: The CBP website had a layout upgrade and expansion.  The section showing the map and miles completed has not changed.  The introductory paragraphs are useful and the Project Overview gives visitors a chance to see in more detail where border wall construction has been completed or is planned for construction, but does not give exact details on the status of the border wall at each project area.

For my purposes of tracking border wall construction, the new CBP webpage design doesn't really change much.

Memo

9/9/26 1:58pm Wednesday
I just finished a mini-lunch.  This is the last day of my vacation.  I don't have too much planned for today, but I don't want to waste it either.  I also don't want to burn myself out either, so we'll see what happens.

Vacation is almost done.  I was able to do some research regarding student loans.  It is not too bad or good, but I have some time and thinking to do.

I've decided that I am going to have the deck demolished or demolish it myself.  It is too far gone.  The posts in the basement are apparently in really good condition, so I will be leaving them alone.  I still have to figure some things out regarding the windows.

Someone at Simply Amish is doing some research for me regarding my Amish gliding rocking chair.  I purchased a new pair of extreme reading glasses and my first pair of HR progressive sunglasses.  I also have two appointments set up.  All in all, I got a little bit done, but mostly I got the ball rolling in several areas even if I did not get things completed.

I need to put off a few things at least until I get paid again.

Ok, I'm back from moving the stones.  I think I paid about $100 on the adventure.  $15 to drop off the stones, $50 for tarp and Hi-Vis vest, and the rest or so on gas.
