Modify default search engine
Go to
about:config.
→ In the new "filter" input space now located just below the address bar type
keyword.url and you will see the search parameters used.
––> Here, you can right click and modify the search term. Use
http://www.webcrawler.com/search/web?fcoid=417&fcop=topnav&fpid=27&q=%s for webcrawler.
ref use
http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF–8&oe=UTF–8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&q= for google. The default is Bing.

Add a Search Engine
If you would like to add another search engine to your list of available search engines go
here. Make sure you are using Firefox when you visit the site. In the first field type in the name of the search engine you want to use and click search. Then just click on the name of the search engine you searched for and that add on will be added to your browser. It will add the search provider you selected such as webcrawler.
